Sales Manager responsibilities :
be responsible for the customer experience the effectiveness and success of the sales staff small current staff, so selling, demo rides to help staff, desk and F&I profitability of the front end of the company staff accountability We are looking for a coach - mentor - trainer type of leader.
Duties will include:
DAILY daily one on ones with salespeople review of deals worked but not closed with Salespeople Contact all non-buyers and offer assistance in sale helping close deals ensure proper use of contact management salespeople log 100% of customers follow up on BDC leads Weekly define, implement and manage a 30, 60, 90 day salesperson follow-up process for unsold customers Monthly set 10day, 20 day and monthly unit and sales goals for individual salespeople game plan with salespeople on all lease terminations 120 days out ensure salespeople's completion of all training Ability to commute to Center Point, Iowa -area daily is required.
